NeuroRest is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe your health data belongs to you. This app does not collect, store, or share personal information with us or with any third parties.

NeuroRest reads certain metrics from Apple Health (HealthKit) to calculate readiness and sleep insights.

These may include:

• Sleep analysis
   
• Heart Rate Variability (SDNN)
   
• Average Heart Rate
   
• Respiratory Rate
   

All access occurs only after you grant permission through Apple Health.

All calculations and data visualization happen entirely on your device.

NeuroRest does not transmit your data to any server or third-party service.

If you enable iCloud Sync, your information is stored privately in your personal iCloud account—never on our servers.

We do not share, sell, or use your data for advertising or analytics.

NeuroRest has no external accounts, logins, or tracking frameworks.

Your data security is protected by Apple’s HealthKit and iCloud frameworks. NeuroRest does not create or manage its own database.
